My preferred method for custom orders is email. Please send me a detailed note with your project idea, size, and desired text/lettering. This helps me provide the most accurate quote quickly.

Q: How do I submit my handwriting/logo for a custom piece?
A: Please use our Custom Order Inquiry Form. This form will allow you to upload your images.
Q: How long will my custom board/ornament take to make?
A: Our turnaround times are typically 5 business days for boards and 1-3 business days for ornaments.
Q: Can you do a detailed portrait or design with shading?
A: We specialize in clean text and line art. Unfortunately, we can't do a detailed portrait or design with shading.
Questions about shipping & timelines
Q: When is the absolute last day I can order for Christmas/a specific date?
A: Holiday Deadlines: Dec 5th for boards, Dec 10th for ornaments using free shipping.
Q: I need my order faster. Can I pay for faster shipping?
A: Yes, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
Q: My tracking hasn't moved. Can you tell me where my package is?
A: Once the package leaves our hands, the carrier (USPS) manages transit. We can only see the same tracking information you can.
Questions about returns & issues
Q: My custom item is wrong/damaged. What do I do?
A: Contact us within 3 days with photos for a free replacement if the item is deemed damaged or wrong by us.
Q: I ordered the wrong size ornament. Can I return my personalized item?
A: No, personalized items are final sale unless the mistake was ours.
Q: What is the care instruction for the cutting board/ornament?
A: Wipe clean, do not immerse, indoor use only.
